Even if you watch the Shein advert, click on the cross to get your booster, it automatically goes to their website. You then lose your game progress, life, boosters on that level. So annoying!!!

I am writing because I have tried several times to get my boosters and my 5 days of unlimited boosters and my 24 hr unlimited lives that costed me $99 and yet I can not find them or they are not giving them to me. I fear that I have just got cheated out of my money. Someone please advise or help me please.
