At least once a week when I do the Rocket Rush challenge my progress won't register. I make striped candies and win the level and still at zero. Its happening now and I have closed the app and reopened. I closed all dormant windows and still can't make progress.
my game froze during an ad and I lost my golden ball and it started me back at the beginning. I climbed my way back up but that was not my fault.
I replaced my phone and now I've lost my consecutive days. I was around 300. Now I'm back to step 1. This happens every time I upgrade my phone. Can I get my progress back? How do I prevent this from happening again.

Level 4096 is yet another reason why I keep leaving this game. Super hard mode. It's NOT "super hard" in the sense that it takes skill to win but that it is DESIGNED to only be able to be passed if you PAY to pass the level. I'm out. Stop being so greedy.
I was playing cake bake and the game glitched and made me lose
I won two or thre one two or three games and striped candies are not being calculated

Like in this picture you can see that it is stopt working. I already update my game and my phone and restarted it. My game is candy crush soda saga.

This is currently being investigated by the studio, and a fix is expected to be implemented shortly. I’m using an iPhone, my I’d # is 11243266267 and this is my screen shot. I was having issues getting into the challenge, and then after I did an won it’s like it’s stuck. The only thing it does is allow you to press play again, but the time has ran out in the challenge.
Since the latest update my Rocket Rush points achieved from winning a game are not being accredited, and I am remaining on zero whilst other players are accruing points.
I received the reward for finishing 2nd on the podium, however, this was my third straight finish on the podium and I did not receive the big award for this.
Paid $9.99 didn't receive the 5 lollies. Tried logging out and back in and didn't receive them.
I did not lose my win streak as I did not fail a level , I still have the mega color bomb and win streak counter intact, but my rainbow streak reset to the 1st tier for no reason. What happened?
