I have completed all levels up to and including level 14020 but secret door tells me I have to complete all levels to open. There are no more levels. How do I get the door to open?

I’m stuck. Every time I start the app this screen pops up and after pressing ok a processing circle pops up and the game does not proceed. Can’t even play the game anymore!
I posted this morning about a glitch now all of my GOLD BARS have been ZEROED OUT! This needs to be fixed. I had 70-80ish bars. Please look into this as I’m sure your systems track.
