I have been waiting more than 3 days for Soda to go to the next level, but it always brings up the box that says ask friends or buy. I was wondering how I can get it to move without doing either one of those things. Thank you.
I'm have same problem. I completed level 575 and it shows I got the tickets from 3 friends but it won't move to next level. It's been about 6 months now. So annoying. And none of my iPad or android and Facebook won't sync up
Hi Donna! My name is Talking Ginger. I know the correct answer. There it's a "Road Block" and you need to ask 3 friends or buy istant access to the next episode (level 46). Have luck!
Hi Donna! If you are playing on King.com I recommend that you use the 'ask friends' feature. The site has many users and it won't take you long before you get help. Cheers :-)

I have solved this by asking friends a second time. @Karen Ahner: have you tried to send the requests again? Cheers :-)
I have tried all the things the people above have tried or suggested and to no avail....i think i am going to have to quit playing this game because this glitch makes the game very annoying...too bad because this is one of my all time favorites too!!
I'm having the same problem at 60/61. It's been a couple of weeks at least; friends have sent tickets that I've accepted, and still nothing. I tried today sending requests one at a time. Will see what happens and then give up the game.
I am having the same issue even though I had enough freinds to proceed it keeps erasing them and showing only one. Help
I am having this issue, too. I have asked friends and they have sent progress "tickets", but they don't show up inside the game nor in the in-game mail. Anyone solved this problem yet?
