Ccs wont connect to fb on android

After formatting my phone and reinstalling the game i was not able to connect or sync my CCS to my facebook. All my apps including facebook mobile , ccs, chrome , playstore and play sercvices are up to date. I already tried the steps from the video it didnt work..Also I already tried reinstalling the app 5x now but it still wont sync like it used to..please help me i tried everything and I really really love this game..no error message just brings ne back to connect.. Tried 3G abd wifi connection.. Same thing..

I dont have problems connecting to fb with my other games..only Ccs has ossues connecting to fb.. Please help

Hi Rubi, what phone are you using? You checked for updates for your device and all your apps right?

Did you change your Facebook password lately, by any chance? If so, then you also need to do this on your mobile device as it otherwise won't connect properly from within the game either.

Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
