Recovering Lost Levels with King Account

Hi,

I was on a fairly high number of levels on soda crush and i was synced with a King account, but not a Facebook one. I have received a new phone and my levels aren't synced anymore. What can I do?

Hi Lewis!

You'll still have the levels available on King.com - all you need to do is to go into settings of the game and connect to Kingdom. When connecting please use the same email address you used previously and your levels will be available again.

Another option is to connect your King.com account with Facebook, then connect the game to Facebook:

1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

6) Now start the game on your mobile device and connect to Facebook (blue button)

7) Done :-)

what to do if you login using the same email and it still goes back to 1

I'm currently experiencing the same problem! I don't think I had an account before, so I clicked "login with facebook" to save my progress (I was at level 350), it went to level 1. When Iogged out of facebook, it went back to level 1! Please help me!
