It says my purchase failed for coins to pass the 3 tickets to move on. However I now have 55 coins. Why can't I use these coins and why does it say my purchase failed and why can't I choose another payment option, it won't let me... I can't move on. I have to quit. And if it says my purchase failed even though I have accumluated coins... has it purchased from my account every time I clicked to purchase? If so I am overdrawn. How do I procede, I need SUPPORT>
