Have you tried connecting to the Kingdom? That´s the orange symbol in the settings menu. Just open the game app on your new mobile and fill in your email address and password that you chose the first time you connected.
That will automatically bring you back to your last level of the last time that you connected to the Kingdom in the game on your old phone.
