When you open the game app, you will see the Facebook logo in the menu as well as an orange symbol; the Kingdom..
You can either connect the game to your Facebook or your Kingdom account. Your progress and gold bars will then synchronize.

On mobile, you do get the option to wait for 72 hours, as well as the other two options of asking friends and paying gold.What you could do, is wait in the game on your mobile and once you passed it, synchronize your game and continue on Facebook if you wish.
