Candy Crush Soda not updating on Kindle Fire and can't connect to Facebook

Despite your "fixing" the problem, I still cannot connect Candy Crush Soda to Facebook on my Kindle Fire despite the fact that my Kindle is set for automatic updates. I downloaded CCS through Amazon, version 1.74.3. I contacted Amazon who said this is the latest version available & they do not have your latest version you say you have. How do I update to the latest version AND GET CONNECTED BACK TO FACEBOOK SO EVERYTHING IS IN SYNC?????? I've been asking this question for weeks and no one is giving me any help!!!

Even with the version you have now you should be able to connect the game to Facebook.

I did a check on the Amazon store and version 1.75.5 is available there: https://www.amazon.com/King-Candy-Crush-Soda-Saga/dp/B00W6XM002/ref=sr_1_2?s=mobile-apps&ie=UTF8&qid=1476347097&sr=1-2

I suggest you try updating to the latest version. If you still can't connect to Facebook then there might be an issue with the Kindle's Internet settings.

If the problem persists then you might have to do a factory reset of your Kindle. Don't forget to do a backup of all your content as a factory reset will wipe all data on your device.

Once your Kindle has been reset I suggest you only install the game first. After checking everything is OK you can the proceed to install the remaining apps.

Redeeming stars for island rewards
When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
