Lost Gold Bars Again...

I somehow lost several gold bars lately but I am not sure how many I had, probably 10 or 12. Can you please advise when and how they were taken - I don't think I deliberately used them, but if you can confirm this, and if I didn't do it intentionally, can you return them.

Your only covered for accidental purchases if those gold bars were purchased. If so, just go to your receipt where it says "report a problem" or something in along those words.

Why is it i can never move on past 60 days? I did get a new cellphone and my game on the phone never caught up. Any help would be appreciated.
Episodes repeating!?
When i got to level 76, the episode looked exactly like episode 4, what's going on? (I am not new to candy crush soda, i got to about level 1060, but due to the music change, i really didn't like it, so i installed an older version, Sure, gold bars don't work or load, but i can still enjoy CCSS.)

Game keeps spinning after I win the game
Won a game , it keeps cycling won't move on to next game. Won't show I won the game. Count down on moves still showing same amount

What happened to my quest progress? Usually, when I save them, I am able to claim them all at once or the game gives them to me at the end. Today, I dont even see it at all. Its not there
