I have not been able to play candy crush soda for weeks because the candy crush soda cant work and close when it loading in windows 10 apps

Try using the Troubleshooter app from Microsoft: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/run-the-troubleshooter-for-windows-apps (Please note that you will need to be logged in with your Microsoft ID before you can use the tool)
If the app still glitches then try re-installing it. Please make sure you have the game connected to Facebook first - this way you'll make sure that all your game progress, highscores and gold bars are stored online.
