why did my data not sync??

I have recently purchased a new kindle and after entering my Facebook details so that I could continue my progress on my new device I found that my progress did not transfer over. Is there any fix for this as I have lost a lot of progress??

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom previously, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again from any device, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. What level do you appear on if you load the game directly on Facebook, do you know? It's a good way to check at what level you were last synced at.
