I've unlocked a number of levels with treasure chests, but they just stay there unopened. If I exit the game and reopen, it takes me to the earliest level with a treasure chest, even when I've gone far beyond it.
I passed 3 levels with treasure boxes and they didn't open either. I tried going back playing the level with no stars, played the treasure box level again, used a bunch of lollipops hoping all of this trouble would fix the issue. Turned out all of the boxes are now gone! Bam! No rewards for my hardship!
So I passed the earlier level and after logging in again the problem is gone. However so are all the chests and my bonuses. Pretty disappointing stuff really and I now I wonder what will happen when I get to my next chest. No easy feat with no rewards from the chests for over 30 levels. Is this a ploy to make you buy content. Seems pretty suspect.
I have this same problem. The chests are not opening.
I have the same issue and now I am on a level that when I click on it -it just shows me a treasure chest and will not open the game at that level. I can't actually play any more.
Same thing here and it seems that the latest update didn't fix the issue. Also if you are on a level when you collect fish it only counts as one you don't get the x10 bonus.
I've got the same problem, passed several levels that are supposed to unlock chests and they are not opening and giving me the rewards. Please fix this King! We need these extra lives and boosters to give us the momentum to get through the extra hard levels and keep playing.

I dont move with the levels, I play on my mobile phone.
Same problem here. Going to quit if it's not fixed soon. Super bummed.
I have the exact same issue - is this a bug?? I've at least 5 rewards not able to claim even the levels have been unlocked. This is frustrating!
I'm having the same issue. Happening in the last week. I have treasures waiting at levels 904, 908 & 914. I'm on level 915.
Since level 763 no chests are opening... it's so frustrating

I have the same issue. However just noticed that the earlier level does not have any stars. Like it bugged out and let me pass it without completing it. I am going to try and repass the level and see what happens. Will be very annoyed if I lose all my treasure boxes.
