can not connect to facebook

Since 2 weeks I have a different version of Candy crush on my computer, looks like a smartphone edition. I need to go to another field but cant get help from friends, cause Im "not" connected to facebook. I have the original version on my main account and no problems there. Please get my original version back on my computer.

Are you playing the games on Facebook? I'm not sure since you write that you need to connect the game to FB..

The new format is called HTML5 and I found a thread about it: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/changes-to-candy-crush

If you're playing on a Mac computer then check this thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/safari-no-longer-supported-boo

Have you tried playing the games on King.com? I've never had any issues after switching so it might work for you as well.

I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress to King.com:

1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play and progress without any issues.

Where are the games?
Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?…
Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
