Took me back to level 1

This game has took me back to level 1 even though I was on level 113?..I've done everything I possibly can..and no luck..

    I have the same problem. I also lost my progress.
  • Hi I have the same issue as nickname, I am back to 1 I lost my gold bars and all of f my in-app purchases, I have an iPhone 6 and completed a required update when it pop-up on july 7 ,2017ease help I've been playing this app for over 7 years and I was pretty high up in level
