For the past several days, the game shows that it's downloading and installing and taking a long time to finish. Then when I try to play, all movement and animation is in slow motion. Also my profile picture is no longer appearing. I have tried all troubleshooting recommendations and nothing helps. I am trying to play on IE and Firefox with same results. Please have someone respond with a better resolution to these problems.
