I am put back to level one on Facebook. Works just fine on my phone

The app on Facebook has sent me back to level 1. I am on level 739. I have attempted to contact you, and the reply is that you got my email. it's been over a week. Very disappointed!

I am still sent back to level 1 and have to scroll back to my level. Does anyone know how to correct this?

I have the same issue. When I load the game in the browser, it defaults to level 1 and I have to scroll all the way to my current level. None of the above steps corrects this issue.
