Game freezes or becomes v-e-r-y slow,

Overrides setting to not play theme music; happens on desktop, laptop, Android tablet. Restarting does not help, nor clearing caches, etc. Reinstalled and same issue except all boosters, etc. were lost.

Cezdiamond, I may have inadvertently led you astray. I am not playing in a browser, I downloaded the app to my devices but the login is via Facebook. None of the above helped with my issue.
