Please help

I have been communicating with you for the past 4-5 weeks.  I am currently on level 522, and for the past 4-5 weeks it keeps going back to level 1 and then a few days later or if I keep trying to sign in and out I get my level 522 back. What's  up with that.  It booted me back once again yesterday to level 1 and still won't let me back to level 522.  Please put my level back

I am so sorry that you have had to wait so long for a reply. We are currently in the process of catching up with older ones now we have caught up with more recent posts. There has been a backlog.
