Bubblegum hill

I have written you about not having access to bubblegum hill when my friends have access on a weekly basis, I was told that maybe I needed to update my app and my apps automatically update. Please fix this problem or I will be deleting this game!!

Thank you for posting this here on King Care.

Not always all challenges will be available for all our players in all our games.

This can occur since most challenges, new elements or extras are made available to only a small part of the players, randomly chosen, for testing purposes and to better analise the impact.

The opposite can also happen and some challenges or features might get deactivated after some time.

I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but I guarantee this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges and gaming elements in the future.

Also suffering! Haven't gotten Bubblegum hill for almost two months now!! What's the issue and why aren't they replying to let us know what the issue is? My game is also updated! It's very frustrating! That was the only way to get gold bars to progress through hard levels without having to pay for them!! Please fix the problem or tells what to do to fix it ourselves!! This is my third time asking!! We should come complain everyday till they llisten to us!!!

I am in the same boat - I have not had it for 10 weeks now. I play on android and my phone and app are updated. I have been logged in to facebook and I have been logged out of facebook and nothing seems to trigger sending Bubblegum Hill to my phone. Please send Bubblegum Hill to ALL of your players...it is obviously very popular and you are punishing your most loyal players by not making it accessible to all.
