I am not getting my bonuses on Candy Soda Crush. Why am I not getting my bonus?

As I've said I have not been getting all my bonuses in the game. I seldom get the daily bonus and have rarely got my quest bonus despite completing the quest.

    Are you still needing help with your game?

    I am still not getting my bonuses and have completed bubblegum hill several times but I have not received any gold bars. If I don't start getting the bonuses I have earned I will no longer play.
