Candy Crush Soda Saga avatar in wrong level and unable to add to competitions.

For the past couple of weeks my avatar in Candy Crush Soda Saga has been stuck on level 1469 while I have progressed to 1523. this causes me to search for the level I am on. Most recently when I join competions/teams my contributions are not registered at all, like i did not join at all. I have logged out and logged back in. I have even gone as far as to delete the app from my phone but the problem remains in both the mobile app and desktop.
