I am on level 1573 and am finding it difficult to complete.

Question

level 1573. If I can get the bottles half way back to the top the last bottle doesn’t appear to allow me to fill the soda and get the bears above the string. Also I get lice rice swirls and all the online walkthroughs have none. I play on iPad or iPhone. This level appears to be impossible.
