Candy Crush Soda Level 1993 cannot be completed. It is unsolvable as the bear in the lower right corner only got half a bear, and therefore cannot be uncovered.
This issue has now been fixed. Thank you King Care for a prompt response!
This is the 9th day playing this level, and getting nowhere. Uninstalling later today and F**k King Games. They are ALL Rigged so you may not win the level. I have had enough wasting my time with this crap.
I played today......and the fix did not work. Instead the game FROZE as the last whole bear was released and that was that. I tried everything to unfreeze to no avail. But when I rebooted my iPad and went back the game acted as if I lost, and I used 3 boosters and of course they are gone and I am still on 1993. I CALL FOUL on this. The game needs to move me on, or restore my boosters.

iOS version is not fixed either!!! My boosters and goldbars are wasted and no one replied how to solve the problem! so upset!! Would my lost be reimbursed??
It is still not fixed, or the solution is unstable. I was left with the half bear twice, and then the program just shut down on my Samsung phone. The latest just happened a few minutes ago and I am fed up with this problem.
I just tried again and got the same behaviour. It’s still broken. I’ve over 50 god bars and many many boosters only to get the same screen lock with the last half bear. Are they hey sending out an update or what because this isn’t resolved!!!

This is NOT fixed. I just played today, 12/30/17, and there is only a half a bear in the lower right corner. This makes it so that you will never reach the right number of bears.
This is not fixed. 12/30/17. Tried on both IPad and Android phone. Same glitch on both

Just finished clearing the board twice today on 12/29/17 and it is NOT fixed. QA with King is taking a nose dive. Please start testing the levels and not lying on the answers that something is fixed when it is not.
This level still isn’t fixed on my iPhone. It happened to me this morning.
Played again on Facebook just now in PC/Chrome. Definitely fixed. If you are playing the mobile version, you might need to logoff and re-logon to Facebook before the fixed game is re-loaded. Someone mentioned the iPhone version is fixed. Dont know about the Android version.

Same thing happened to me. And I wasted a bunch of boosts trying to clear it.
Exactly the same thing happened to me...and the screen froze and kicked me out of the level. Lost boosters and now have less boosters to start the level. Please fix!!!
Then this is still broken on iPad and I assume all mobile devices.
This level is not fixed. I too wasted power ups only to find the half bear, and, in my last game only 19 bears, there is no last bear to be found!
I was able to finish this level on my iPhone. Hoping to see someone from King in this conversation at some point to compensate this group for many lost boosters/gold/time.
I had the same problem. But it finally showed the bear and was able to beat.
They seemed to have fixed the issue but have not restored the used boosters and gold bars. I wrote to them and the claim there was nothing wrong.
I’ve had the same problem. I completed the level again this afternoon and had the same half a bear in the corner. I’ve done it about 4 times now and wasted a lot of boosters. Has anyone had the issue resolved by King yet?

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
