If I remove games from my iPhoneX, will my progress be deleted on those games that are on my iPad ? I have Candy Crush Soda & Alpha Betty on both, but am only playing them on the iPad. Thank you!

Deleting apps on one device while playing on another won't affect your progress at all so don't worry
The only way you would lose progress is if you were not connected to your log in (either via facebook or the Kingdom) and carried on playing, so as long as you are connected its all good
