I was at level 1434 and I had to delete the game, when i downloaded it again and connected it to Facebook again, it sent me to level 1018

Firstly can you doublecheck that the account you are logging in with is the correct account.
Can you play the levels between 1018 and 1434? Or is it locked at 1018? The game does have an issue with being put on the wrong place in the map, you just need to scroll up if that is the case.
If that doesn't help. then is there anyway you could open it on facebook on a computer to check your level progress?
