Soda crush game freezes when trying to advance to booster levels. At least 2 days now with this prob

Question

When trying to advance to booster levels game freezes before being able to click on the level itself. Having to reload the game losing the boost. Playing on laptop win7 /chrome.

I have tried all these troubleshooting suggestions. None have worked. The game did work correctly for a short time in the last week, but back to the same problem again. Thank you for your help though.

Hi, Forgive me for asking, is the game in the app store before windows 10? Are you playing through Facebook or a browser?
