I am on Level 712 of CC Soda Saga on iPad but it has gone down to Level 1 on iPhone - help!

I am on level 712 on iPad but for some reason, after accidentally logging on through Facebook, I have lost my progress on iPhone. They won’t sync and I’m back to Level 1 on iPhone. How do I restore my progress on iPhone? I’ve cleared my cache with no luck.
