I've reloaded my game a few times to restore my position and level and have not been able to do so.

My iPad froze and I had to reset it.  When going back into the game, it appeared I was placed right back to the beginning in rank but was able to maintain my level (525).  I reloaded the game because I was in first place with my Facebook team.  In doing this, I lost everything.  I'm right back to square one. ☹️
