why will it will not let me used purchased bars and insists i buy more?

on level 1539 i bought a package. I went through the process and it said purchase successful however it did not show them in the gold bar indicator and kept sending me back to "shop". So i did it again. It said successful but again, they were not recorded and gave me a notice of sync problems and to come back later. The next morning 2 packages were charged me and then showed in the gold bar indicator. HOWEVER, the game will not allow me to use them to continue my game and is still sending me to "shop". I do not want to lose my progress on the level as i will now be able to complete it. Please unlock my progress on level 1539 and let me complete it by allowing me to use the bars you already have been paid for twice. Thank you
