Can't get on my Candy Crush Soda Saga.

I can't get on my candy crush soda saga. It says I need to update my driver or my Web something is not up to date. I checked and it says Hmmm! It's up to date. Please help with this.

I have tried 3 different computers and 3 different browsers 2 browsers let me in games but screen is black

I have the same problem. It says my WebGL  is not available. Using Opera on Vista. been playing Candy Crush Soda Saga for years. other King games are working eg AlphaBetty Saga. Tried 5 browsers and  firefox worked but took me back to the very beginning. Everything is up to date. Drivers and browsers.

Are any of you playing on Facebook? Could you download Gameroom?

Have you tried on Google chrome? It could be that the other browsers are missing something it needs.

Vista, used Opera, Chrome, Firefox and Maxathon. All the same resultBeen using Opera for the game for ages and just stopped.

Thanks Jules, I will pass this on to someone who hopefully knows more. I suspect it could be that because you are using vista, (please don't shout at me for saying this) Its just too old to cope with the graphics. Its not just about the game not supporting older devices, its about the fact there are so many out there, they physically cannot support all of them so have to have a limit. On top of that, I am wondering if it is the graphics card, which again, due to its age, the manufacturers for any drivers in the computer again, only support updates for so long. Its like Microsoft updates, they stopped for vista in April 2017.

Of course, it might not be and hopefully isn't, but if I find out from one of the King team, they can clarify

I know, I am working on getting a new computer. But the question is WHY I have been able to play alll other King games easily and WHY I have been able to play Candy Crush Soda Saga all this time and played it in the morning and that night I can't??

I wonder if it updated? Or if the browser updated and changed something.  Please don't take it as its definitely the reason, I am only guessing, and its not easy to just go out and buy a new computer. Mine is just over a year old and worse than the one I replaced (heap of Junk). Its just a guess, but hopefully they might be able to suggest something. Do you have a tablet or phone you can play it on in the meantime? Admittedly, I don't play everything on them, but when I do, its a lot quicker. Just a smaller screen lol.

I just saw the firefox working but took you to the beginning...thats odd as if you're playing through Facebook you should be logged in automatically. Were all your other games on FF where they should be?

Yep nothing else changed, I also regularly play AlphBetty Saga (like Candy Crush, about 3 times a day) and it works perfectly

Hi guys,

If you are running an older version of Windows you might be able to upgrade the OS to a newer version in order to solve any issues with WebGL as well as drivers.

>> Jules; if you had luck with running the game in Firefox then you should be able to continue from the level you were at before. Just make sure you are logged into the correct account on Facebook or King.com.
