Why am i losing the daily bonus?

I'm having repeated issues with the daily bonus. I will get it and it says 2 hours with the bonus but after 1 or 2 times it goes away. I always get the 30 mins of play without a problem. Sometimes i get the other bonus for 2 hours some times i don't. This morning i got the Coloring Candy for 2 hours but after the first game it disappeared. This is frustrating.

    Is the daily bonus restarting, is that what you mean? This is a known fault at the moment and is under investigation :)

    If you mean its resetting the count, like it thinks i'm on day 1 instead of 300 etc no its not doing that. I will get the bonus and (for example) it says i have double fish for 2 hours but i'll only be able to use it 1 or 2 times before it goes away. Not 2 hours of play.

    Ah thank you for the clarification, I understand now. I think that's probably related to the other issues, but I am going to flag it with the moderating team again :)

    Just to check, you're trying to use the bonus time straight away. not save it till later?
