A person with the initials KC contacted me for my email address to my FB account and didn't get back

Question

"KC" from IT contacted me for my FB email last week and didn't get back to me.  My issue is still unresolved and Its been 2 weeks since I've seen the game...lol.  My email address is lsockman@hotmail.com.  I've done everything possible to,get back to my rank and level and still unable to do so.  My FB friends are disappointed and I'm suffering from withdrawal pains....lol.  Please help me.  Lorraine Sockman
