I lost all of my progress in Candy Crush Soda Saga.

I was at level 900+ when suddenly an Agreement Pop-up showed. For some reason, I was brought back to level 1 and lost absolutely all of my progress. When I tried to log back in my account, it brought me to level 60. I am extremely confused and worried that I might've lost 4 years of progress. Please help!

Thank you so much for getting in touch with me. I believe I was at Level 970 or so when the pop-up occurred. This account is different from the one I was using, but I will be more happy if I could email you the correct one.

However, I do have a small question. Do you have any idea why my levels jumped back to 60 when I tried to reconnect my account?

Hi Ame Yuki,

Is this account the same one that you were playing with? It seems like maybe there was a connection issue and that this pop-up triggered an issue there. Please come back and confirm the level you were on before (if you can remember the exact level that would be great) and that the account you are referring to is the same you are writing from.
