Candy crush soda freezing and my boosters not working all day. When I went back into the game tonight, , my daily progress booster took me down to day 1 when I was at day 355. And any other boosters I had saved up were also gone.

Hi Kim2018, it sounds like your game has been having issues and reset itself to compensate. 

Unfortunately as the game doesn't save the boosters as such, they are saved on your device, if anything goes wrong or you reinstall, they get lost. 

Can you try this troubleshooting here while you have nothing, then you won't lose anything.

Once you have done that, try reconnecting to your previous log in (Facebook or the Kingdom) if this doesn't bring anything back, come back and I will ask the team if they could maybe give you a little sweetener as a gesture of goodwill because they are pretty good like that.

As to the daily bonus, some players are having reset issues and it is known about by the team and under investigation
