I Can't get any of my presents.

I am on Level 805 but everytime i log in, it reverts back to level 778 where a present is waiting for me. I have passed this level many times now and I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app twice. I have passed 4 different levels that contain a present and I pass it and no present.  Can you please fix this issue.

Hi Ted, thanks for posting. 

I know this is tedious but you need to scroll back and see any levels that doesn't have any stars, and replay them.

The gift boxes event should be over now as its not meant to be around permanantly. But try searching first and see if you can find them

I am not getting my prese ts for 39 times now and it starts back bnb in 990s i stead of 1018

Hi Jerry, you need to follow the same advice as above and play the level it keeps opening you at. Check it for stars, usually the level its trying to make you play, hasn't registered as being passed and that is why it keeps opening there
