i have tried many times to get back to level 1417 nothing is working that you guys have told me to do some one said they where going to call me back but they didn't i have tried this morning but nothing is workingi need help

I am not sure who you spoke to but King do not normally make calls, its usually dealt with by email.
Can you tell me exactly what is the problem? Is it not opening the game at the correct level or has it started you back to level 1?
