There is a problem with 2419 and it seems I am not the only one. I lost my lives and waisted my boosters the second bear never appeared

Hi, If you are still having this issue, I need your help.
Our Soda Moderator has a reply from the studio. They thought it was fixed as they had issued a fix in the July 9th update. Clearly it didn't take for everyone, so they are looking into it again. This is where you come in. I need you to answer some really easy questions so we can pass the info over to the studio
Was it from a particular date that this started to happen again (since the live tweak should’ve fixed the problem)?
Or has it been happening from time to time since the tweak went live on July 9th?
What version of the game are you running? The studio would like to know if you are running 1.116, 1.117, 1.118 or 1.120.

Don't worry about the not being solved. You will still get help.
Only you can mark it solved, but you can either do it via the big box on the question page or if you click on the link to view the reply it seems to do it that way too. Its one of the things King are looking at for the new site as a lot don't realise they have clicked on it
No I’ll chek the email because I was wondering too where the “solved” was coming from because it is not solved
Did you click on the link in the email? Its not very clear as its an automated email, but don't worry, its not closed because its marked as solved. Its been passed over to the studio for investigation
