WHY DOES CANDY CRUSH SODA LOAD ON LEVEL 0NE WHEN I AM ON LEVEL 519??????  I HAVE ALWAYS PLAYED THROUGH FACE BOOK ON A MAC COMPUTER. YOUR E-MAILS ARE USELESS???? YOU CAN'T SEEM TO USE MY E-MAIL AND YET PAYMENTS TO YOUR GAME WENT THROUGH JUST FINE??????

    Hi Gail, welcome to King care.

    It could be your email for King.com and your email for King care are different. The support team via email is slightly different to ours, but don't worry we can help you. 

    If you have always played through Facebook it sounds like you have been disconnected. This blog post here will help you get back on track and if it doesn't, there is a contact email to the lost levels department who will be able to help you directly :)
