Hi Polly, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you referring to Rainbow Road? I know that a lot of the challenges are having issues at the moment. Please confirm that you are talking about Rainbow Road where you should be getting a free booster every time you clear a level on the first try. Then when you clear the next level on the first try you get additional free boosters. Where are you looking for these boosters because they will show up in the next level when you open the game?
