Game Bug: 9 Gold Bars taken but no lives refilled.

I had 23 Gold Bars and I used the refill lives button. However, the game said there was an error and could not connect to the internet. I had 9 Gold Bars subtracted anyway, but I did not get my lives refilled. Could an admin please reimburse me for the 9 Gold Bars?

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
