In the apple llesson at the Apple Store we updated our company app at first I lost my levels this we got back but almost all my boosters have gone please help this is candy crush saga

Hi Christine, unfortunately when you play on a mobile device all rewards and lives are just saved on your device so that you can play the game offline too.   Any crash or operating system update can cause you to lose everything.  I will elevate this to a King Admin to see if he can help you.
