Page crashes every time I start to load it on my iPad

Hi Lezley, you won't lose your progress because a King Admin can manually go in and get your progress back. Unfortunately if you do uninstall the game then whatever lives and boosters that you have will be gone. Once a player was having a lot of trouble and he had to do a factory reset and then everything worked fine. You could always do that as the last resort but don't worry about the progress because you will get it back. You can't play the game as it is so it has to get fixed somehow. But in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink that will take you to a contact page where someone will email you back and they can manually get your progress back.
Have tried turning it off and clearing but still it will not open. When I click on app, orange welcome page opens for maybe 2_3 seconds then shuts down again. Has been doing this for 3 days now. Do not want to delete and reinstall incase I loose 1800 + levels completed. Have no issues with Candy Crush Saga
Hi Lezley, I haven't seen any messages posted today saying that the game is crashing. Can you try to clear out the history. Then shut down your iPad, wait 10 seconds and then reopen it. Then open the game and let me know if it still doesn't load because maybe it's a new glitch starting.
