I have spent £26 on this game where issues have occurred and the game upgrades have not loaded.

On two out of several occasions the £9.99 bonus upgrade has only lasted 2 hours instead of 9. My last 5.99 100 gold bar upgrade has not worked and I am directed to the store to pay for more lives. What is happening?
