Can't login using King on my app.

When I press the button the account setting doesn't appear.

Hi Hannah, where are you playing the game - mobile?  Which one?  Are you trying to log into the Kingdom?  Could you possibly do a print screen and upload it here so that I have a better idea of what you are talking about?

I have noticed that you have posted about this issue in various threads.  In 2 of those other posts @Elsa provided various links.  Did you try any of those trouble shooters?  If you did, what is the result?  Were you able to get in to "Jelly Saga"?
