Connection problem

I have the same problem right now for about 3 weeks. And nobody helps me in this case. I sent too many emails to king support team but unfortunately i didn't recieve answer. And i'm totally disappointed because i read all the guidance about this problem and did all of them but unfortunately my problem didn't solve. Please help me

Hi Elsa,
 I still have problem and unfortunately nobody answers my emails and messages yet. And it is really disappointing because i expect that a large company like King, pay attention to the customers and fans.
I play with my cell phone and i have Candy Crush Saga, Candy Crush Soda and Candy Crush Jelly but only Candy Crush Saga and Soda have this problem .i lost my connection with Kingdom and i don't know what should i do

I want you to try this first because if nothing works then some players are uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.  It will work if you do that but you will also loves your lives and boosters.  Let me know if anything works for you.

@Elsa i play with my android cellphone. LG V20... It is 3 years old

@Elsa i followed every step that the link is provided but still have problem and game is warned me that i don't have access to the kingdom right now. So, i couldn't connect to my facebook or king account to save my process and re-install the game. Please help me i don't want to lose all the levels that i passed
