Error message, " You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix. Please try again ...

This error message has been showing up for over one week. I have read responses from others but did not get a resolution.

No you can't play games here in the community. That is strange that it would tell you that. Here you can learn how to play the games, get your questions answered and make a whole bunch of new friends who have the same thing in common as you, playing the King games!

On a computer, you can only play through Facebook with a browser or you can play at king.com with any browser. You can also play on Windows 10 if that is your operating system. I only play all the games through the Kingdom. I gave up on playing through Facebook a long time ago when there were a lot of glitches.

I just looked at the games that I could play through Facebook and CC Friends Saga is not available there. I play it on Windows 10 or mobile device.

I'm on level 1220. Like @kathyosborn, I've gotten through a couple of levels, but it was quite the struggle. Also, Jelly and regular candy crush are both fine. Just soda saga has the problem. I would say this has been going on for three weeks at least. I'm playing now on Kingdom, but do want to move back to playing on fb.

I’m only on 752, but it will only run on my iPhone. Which is fine, but the screen is so tiny I usually only resort to that if I’m not at home. I’m also using Chrome. Tonight it let me move from 750 to 752, but I’m getting that error message again. The original and jelly seem to be fine. Weird. Frustrating.

Same problem here...keep completing level 1329, but keep getting error message. Am playing on Facebook with Chrome on laptop. Support is sending me back random form replies that are completely irrelevant. I would prefer to continue on FB as I have lots of friends I share lives with....am not sure I can do that in Kingdom? Also, cannot figure out how to sync FB to King to keep progress as it doesn't show me the settings icon etc

So, I joined so I can play Soda which seems to not want to work on Facebook, but there are no instructions for how to play once the account is made. Help.

Not working through facebook, which is really where I want to play from. It's where I'm connected to my friends. On Kingdom, it works.

Playing on a Surface pro 3 tablet. Google chrome and firefox both fail as browsers. Windows 8. Facebook, but I have now set up a kingdom account. Soda saga does not fail there.

HI @psawyer, I started a list this morning that I will turn over to management tomorrow when they are back in the office. I am seeing more messages today so if you are seeing it today, please let me know and also where are you playing it? Computer? Mobile? king.com?

Was a resolution ever found for this? I'm experiencing the same problem. Very frustrating.

Hi Pam, a glitch of not being able to connect with Facebook was reported to the studio and we are all waiting for a resolution. Can you please the game through the Kingdom instead?

its been ongoing since2018 from what I can make out.. If I don't purchase anything I don't get an error message as soon as I do and complete one.. Guess what the messages comes up were sorry but were trying to resolve it as quickly as possible. So now I have wasted the money to progress on this game

I never purchase anything. I get the error message most of the time. Every once in awhile, I can get through a whole game.

I don't think that it's connected to purchases. It's just another Facebook glitch! I believe this is the 4th Facebook glitch in the last year. We have to wait for them to fix it.

After having played this game for 2+ years on the same computers, I get this error message every time I attempt to play this game. After 3 weeks of it and lack of fix, I don't see why I should even attempt to play game. Feels like a waste of time.

Hi @JudeSmags, welcome to our community. We are waiting for Facebook to fix this. It's out of King's hands so now it's just a wait for Facebook to fix it.

@Elsa, now this is also happening with Candy Crush Jelly. Any word on how it's going with the facebook fix on Candy Crush Soda?

Hi @psawyer, nothing yet. It's a Facebook glitch and we have to wait for them to fix it. And the last couple of times it was a Facebook glitch it took a while for them to fix it. I think it's starting to affect other King games too.

Yes King is aware of it and so is Facebook. This is the 4th Facebook glitch in the last year or so. That is why I try to avoid playing through them.
