progression, gifts, login problems...

I have searched here, tried all the posted suggestions and fixes... nothing helps. I have sent emails through the game and NEVER get answers so one. This is my last try before I just give up and delete everything (which I really don’t want to do!)

I play on an IPad and on my android phone and have the same problem on both...

Every time I start the game it goes to level 663 (incidentally the level I was on when I signed in with Facebook the first time) even though I have actually progressed to level 1146. I have not received any of the gift boxes for the levels I passed either, I have to scroll through all the levels to get to 1146. 

YES, I have gone back and re-won the levels, still nothing. Yes I have updated my operating system, rebooted, yes I updated my Facebook app. 

Now here’s the part where I feel like an idiot... I read the suggestion to synchronize with Facebook and thought this might solve the problem. It said to go to king.com and login but when I go to the site there is no login. So I click on the game to find settings or login and it simply takes to my game never to a login or settings button. I can’t even find a settings button or menu of any kind on the king website, just a home button. 

So...PLEASE help me solve this problem. I am ridiculously frustrated at this point but I really do enjoy playing the game but it’s ridiculous that I have to scroll through levels for five minutes before I can play...and I never get my bonuses!

Hi @Lisa_Dee, sorry that your message wasn't picked up before now.  Do you still need help with this?  Something happened with the messages when they integrated the old system into this new community so your message just showed up today.  Please don't hesitate to contact us again because now we are on top of all new messages.

What you wrote above was a glitch.  The avatar was getting stuck on a lower level.  Sometimes if you looked at that lower level you wouldn't see stars on it.  You had to replay the level and then it would advance to your current level.  Recently, they were able to fix it so now you shouldn't have that problem in the future.
