Can’t play

Android stopped working all of a sudden. 
Only get ”connect to Facebook to reassure your progress is saved” when pressning play, same message again and then No reaction. Can’t play, can’t open played levels. 
Playing with No Facebookconnection and have done so forever. Only use android. 
Current version is 1.129.12
would like to continue.. 
1565 is level reached

Hi @Aneleh, why oh why do these things act up on a holiday weekend?  Someone else wrote that they got the same message but never played through Facebook.  I get it when I play the game on my mobiles too but I just "x" out of it and only play in the Kingdom.  Are you able to connect to the Kingdom at all?

Don’t know exactly what you mean by connecting to the kingdom... 
Probably not since I can’t play levels already played and cleared. 
I got No respons when pressing the levels 😖

Hi @Aneleh, a Kingdom account is playing through King instead of Facebook.  You can read all about it here:

Now the game is completley locked.. can’t reach settings, can’t scroll 😩
Same thing with ”connect to Facebook” after x-ing out four times, everything locks.

I’ve already done everything but reinstall the app🙄
I’ve also made an account on King but I still can not play.. 
Hopefully everything changes when they release a new update on the game.
